There are so many supplements out there.. creatine, protein powders, pre-workouts, test boosters, vitamins and so on... it gets overwhelming fast. What do you consider essential and what’s just hype?
I just take protein powder and creatine, don't really need anything else imo. BCAA's for example are a complete waste of money as far as I know, stay clear of that
