I always lift heavier when I’ve got hard-hitting beats in my ears. What do you listen to during workouts? Rap, rock, techno… or silence?
Same here, music makes all the difference. I’m usually blasting aggressive rap or some high-tempo techno when going for heavy sets. Silence feels like cardio
I actually prefer to lift with no music, keeps me more focused on the workout.
