Is creatine actually giving you progress?

I see online that everyone is saying that creatine is a must have supplement, even when not training. I see it is pretty cheap so I want to give it a shot, curious to know how others feel about it.

Absolutely, you'll notice a difference in strength, research says about 5% or so. Just keep in mind to drink enough water, without that it is kind of pointless as creatine pumps water into your muscles.

I second this for the water intake, track it if you must honestly. This goes even without creatine but especially when taking it
