I'm about 4 weeks into consistent training and eating clean. I feel a bit better, but the mirror still looks the same. How long did it take for you to really notice progress (physically or mentally)? Just looking for some motivation.
Focus on the journey, not the destination. Weigh yourself consistently and track your food, progress will come with time

Facts. I didn’t see much until week 10, then boom. Clothes fit better, mindset shifted. Keep grinding.
