I’ve tried both PPL and full-body routines over the past year, and each has its pros and cons. Curious what others have stuck with long-term. What program gave you the best results, and how did your recovery hold up?
I used to do PPL when I first started out but as of recently I started FB training. PPL was good but time intensive honestly, now with a job I can't go more than 3 times per week so FB works great.
