I sometimes feel worse after a rest day, more sore or sluggish. Anyone else feel this way? Are active recovery days better?
You could do some light cardio but I'd still take it easy, no need to add fatigue that will ruin the next week of training
Active recovery is great but you should definitely take one rest day at least, no activity what so ever.
I second this, just take a full rest day and enjoy it, come back next week to the gym stronger
